Planet X has just released a new Midniters album Terror Incognito. This is their first album for nearly 30 years and a rehash of past glory from the days playing with The Stray Cats and manic nights at the Hammersmith's Klubfoot this is not.

This collection of new material has 12 songs containing live favourites Personal Jesus, Dead Man's Hand, In the Shadows, Motorbike Mike, Got Too Hurry and Pistolero.

It packs a punch like no other album in recent years and has songs brimming with energy and power. The guitars are big and twanging, the bass rumbles and clicks and the drums have been honed by influences such as Adam and the Ants and killing Joke. In fact Brian Roe formally of the Varukers plays an excellent mix of rockabilly, punk and rock beats that compliment rather than drown the main melody and expression which comes in the form of Steve Midniters razor edged Guitars.

Stand out tracks make this something new rather than a trip down memory lane.

The band are playing Bedlam Breakout in the UK this September and Planet X are now taking bookings for 2018 So please get in touch via planetxsounds@gmail.com
