This latest CD by the Swedish Crestlers came out in 2007 on Caine Rock music.
With only 7 hardcore psychobilly rock songs on it, the album starts loud and fast with Silicon Confidence. This no horseshit, high-octane track in Ramones style is followed by a piano-laced, down and dirty RockíníRoll song. Having nothing to do with rockabilly or psychobilly, Irish Sailor Man is a nice sea shanty, like youíd hear in a small harbour-side pub. The best song of the CD has to be Let It Go with its Buddy Holly beat. Besides these tracks, youíll find Americano rock songs, some melodious rock and energetic punk. In the last song on the CD, Light Up My Road, the group flirts with country. Personally, I feel they should make up their mind and either play rockabilly, psychobilly or just American rock songs. Still, a fine sample of rough, tough and dangerous RíníR.
