Furious to be first UK Rockin' band on a computer game

15 September 2010
Furious have signed a deal with Harmonix Music to use their song 'All Night Long' on the latest version of the computer game - Rock Band, the sequel to Guitar Hero.

The game already includes a few rockabilly classics but no British rockin’ bands as yet! They have chosen 'All Night Long' for now and will look into using more tracks in the future.

Rock Band allows up to four players to simulate the performance of popular rock music songs by playing with controllers modelled after musical instruments. Players can play the lead guitar, bass guitar and drum parts to songs with "instrument controllers", as well as being able to sing through a USB microphone. Players are scored on their ability to match scrolling musical "notes" while playing instruments, or by their ability to match the singer's pitch on vocals. Players with the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions can interact through both online and offline multiplayer capabilities.
