Tail Records, one of the most important labels in the rise in popularity of the authentic 50s sound on our scene, are back with 3 great new CD releases. All have the trademark top-notch Tail Records production - but the bands all have their own distinct styles.
The Radio Ramblers feature ex-members of The Tennessee Rhythm Riders and The Ricardos. They are a stripped-down 3-piece with a rockin' Hillbilly Bop style. Their debut album is called "Hot To Trot".
The Rock-A-Bops launch themselves onto the scene with a storming brand of late 1950s style pure Rock 'n' Roll. Their CD is called "Wild Child"
Joe Redeye & The Shy Boys play a style of Rockabilly with a 1950s sound, but inflences of modern Rockabilly are evident too. "Keep Out" is their second album for Tail.
