Back in 1991, three rockin' cats from Wolfenbüttel, deep down in the middle of nowhere, decided to add their own chapter to Rock `n Roll history. Things started rather authentic : buying instruments, covering obscure 50`s originals and torturing the neighbours` nerves....From 1994-1997 during some line-up changes featuring Stevie and Bernie ( the Bonehead ) on drums and Flo on rhythm guitar, they played several club gigs with their very own brand of 50`s breathtaking Rockabilly.
In 1998, they reduced to a trio, having decided to add some bluesy, hard gretschin`, even surfin` ingredients to their energetic rockabilly brew.
The excitement grew.... the first tracks were banned on tape, one of them, "Don`t go away" was taken either for a "Dynamite!" EP and for the "Hot `n Wild Comp. No 1." (Cherokee Rec.) and in 2000 the trio went off for gigs all over Germany.
Musically, it was ( and still seems to be !) all about the search for that sweet special r`n`r kick in the a...that keeps your hips `n quiffs wigglin` and shakin`... when the beat starts...the slappin` drops in...and the gretsch`s twang catches you by the neck and lifts you up far away to meet Gene and Eddie for a little booze.
Finally, after completing their own "G.O.R.E. Studios"in 2008 ,they recorded the tracks for their first Longplayer
"HI-HO-SILVER RADIO" (Cherokee Records, 2009)
They also appear with 3 tracks on the well known
"Psychobilly Ratpack" Comp. (Lesson 3)
(halb7 Records, 2009)
